This seems like a miracle drug to me. I can just say WOW! I would like to try that drug myself if that helps me remove specific memories. But before that I shall first have to 'fix' a few things before I forget those.

This means you can kill a person, take the drug and forget what you did. Then you pass through all kinds of lie detector, narco-analysis or brain mapping tests if subjected to. This is ridiculous and can be misused by criminals.

This is a great initiative by the scientists to develop such a medicine. The point is that often bad memories cause trauma to such an extent that the suffers get into severe depression and develop suicidal tendencies.

This can be a wonder drug. If this can erase traumatic memories, it can possibly cure phobias as well. One may be skeptical about the manipulative possibilities the drug might present, but it should be welcomed.
